This is part 3 of a 4 week Player Spotlight series focusing on some of the players who will be vital to the team’s success this season. Obvious names like EJ Manuel, Brandon Jenkins and Nigel Bradham will not be spotlighted.
In part 1 we previewed Chris Thompson & Lamarcus Joyner
In part 2 we previewed Nick O’Leary & Telvin Smith
This week Herc & Nolebra Kai spotlight 2 players who we feel are the glue of their respective side of the ball: Lonnie Pryor & Mike Harris.
Even though Mike Harris isn’t technically a starter, in crucial situations it’s a safe bet he’ll be on the field. If he’s on the field, it’s also a safe bet that he’ll be in the right place at the right time and make the play that needs to be made: tackle, forced fumble, interception, etc.
Lonnie Pryor is the glue of the offense. He runs well, blocks well and catches well. When you look at the big plays from last season, find #24 and more than likely he played a vital role in that play’s success.
