Does David Stern Really Represent the Owners Issues in the NBA CBA Negotiations

David Stern as NBA commissioner has taken a hard line with the NBAPA. He has been particularly stubborn when it comes to financial information, and proving that the majority of NBA teams fail to be profitable. More than one NBA analyst has stated that Stern really wants to break the NBAPA union.
