The Renegade Report – Turnovers And Special Teams Key In Victory Over Miami

The Seminoles were able to overcome a disjointed offensive performance, a motivated Miami Hurricanes team and healthy dose of ACC officiating to win their 5th straight game.  Without a doubt, the Special Teams were there most impressive segment yesterday.  Greg Reid’s punt return will make all the highlights but Shawn Powell’s punting and Dustin Hopkins making 3 field goals cannot be overlooked.

Weird things typically happen in a rivalry game but one thing that can’t be disputed is for the 2nd straight year the FSU Seminoles were much more physical than the Miami Hurricanes.  Nigel Bradham’s hit on Laron Byrd was the culmination of what Nick Moody referred to as “Organized Violence”

In this episode of The Renegade Report, Herc & Nolebra Kai recap the victory over Miami and preview Saturday’s game against Virginia.
