The Renegade Report - Seminoles Win Champs Sports Bowl But Questions Still Remain [ 39:53 ] Play Now | Play in Popup | DownloadThe Florida State Seminoles concluded their season with an 18-14 victory over the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the Champs Sports Bowl. Many journalists have labeled it as a “gutsy” win for the Seminoles. When you consider FSU started the game with a banged up quarterback, 4 true freshmen offensive linemen, a true freshman running back, lost both starting cornerbacks to injury, fell down 14-0 and still found a way to win the game; gutsy is the perfect word to describe that victory.
Despite the victory, a myriad of questions still remain for the 2012 Seminoles: Just how good will the offensive line be? Will EJ Manuel take the next step in his development? Can the defense really be elite?
In this episode of The Renegade Report, Herc and Nolebra Kai recap the Champs Sports Bowl and attempt to answer some of these questions.
