Peyton Manning “unlikely” to pick a team before free agency starts on Tuesday

It was widely assumed that Peyton Manning would pick his new team before free agency starts Tuesday afternoon.  Now it appears that he will not make a decision so soon.  So far he’s met with the Denver Broncos and Arizona Cardinals with the Broncos emerging as the front runner.

If Peyton Manning picks Denver, Tim Tebow will be traded

Even the most fanatic Tim Tebow fans thought it would be great for his development to sit back and learn from Peyton Manning for a couple of years.  If Manning chooses to play for the Broncos, Tebow won’t get that chance because John Elway will look to trade him.

Randy Moss will work out for the San Francisco 49ers

49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh will be the one throwing to Moss.  This is Randy’s second workout since he announced he wanted to come back to the NFL.  New Orleans was the first to bring him in for a look.

Chris Paul has a nasal fracture and will wear a mask

The Lakers and Clippers share a city, share a building and now their best players will each wear a mask for the same injury.

Chicago Bulls want to trade for Dwight Howard

But Dwight Howard won’t sign an extension with the Bulls because winning is the most important thing to him and he’s not sure he can win in Chicago.  Huh???

Tiger Woods withdraws from the WGC-Cadillac Championship

It appears his surgically repaired left Achilles is bothering him again. We’re officially off the Tiger bandwagon, Jack’s major record is safe.
